Matcha Rezept für veganes Matcha Tiramisu aus dem Matcha Magic Blog

Matcha Tiramisu recipe-sugar-free and with coconut

This time our matcha recipe comes from blogger Melanie Hafner, who wrote in her Blog www.vegaliferocks.de Info and tips on vegan Lifestyle there and posts many delicious vegan recipes!

Ingredient:

Vegan Cream:

  • 1 can of coconut milk (before overnight put in the fridge)
  • Stevia or sugar (depending on taste)
  • 1 cup soy cream and cream stiffener (optional: 400g vegan curd)

Also:

  • 1 package rusks (unsweetened spelt rusks, etc.)
  • 2 cups Matcha tea (freshly prepared and cooled)
  • Rum aroma (optional: 1 shot of Rum)
  • Matcha powder for sprinkling (with a fine sieve)
  • A few berries to garnish

Preparation:

  1. First, the Matcha tea is prepared and put in the refrigerator to cool. Since you need about 2 cups, we recommend 2-3g matcha powder. Do you need tips for preparing your Matcha tea? Then just look at our Matcha Blog below Matcha Preparation over!
  2. Let the can of coconut milk cool in the fridge for about an hour.

Preparation:

  1. Carefully spoon the solid portion of the coconut milk out of the can and put it in a bowl. Mix the mixture with a hand mixer for about 5 minutes until a nice even cream is created, which you can refine according to your taste, with Stevia or sweetener.
  2. Next, the soy cream is beaten and the cream stiffener is added.
  3. Then the soy cream is either mixed with the curd or lifted under the coconut mass. This must be done carefully so that fluffiness is not lost!
  4. Then lift the mass under the coconut cream and optionally add the rum aroma.
  5. Now pour the cooled Matcha tea into a soup plate and soak the Rusk from both sides until it almost disintegrates. Then you put the Rusk alternately with the cream in a shape, a bowl or glass and layer the whole as high as you like.
  6. Finally, sprinkle over some matcha powder (this is best done by passing the matcha powder through a fine sieve).
  7. Finally, you need your vegan matcha Tiramisu must be cold for at least 6 hours. Best overnight, so that the two layers can go through nicely and connect! Done!
