Both prefectures are known for the extremely high quality of their organic Matcha teas, which is why we make these teas especially for thepure enjoymentas Koicha(green mocha, in which the tea is infused with approx. 50ml water)or Usucha(better known and milder variant, which is extended with approx. 200ml water).

        • Matcha samurai: Intense, lovely note and jade green color
        • Matcha Tenno: fresh, soft, slightly sweet note and deep green, balanced coloring
        • Matcha Horizon: soft, lovely note and intense, deep green coloring

        MATCHA TEA FOR THE PREPARATION OF MIXED DRINKS

        These Matcha teas come from the Japanese prefecture of Kagoshima and Aishi and are ideal for the Preparation of hot and cold mixed drinks. You can drink drinks with just 1-2 grams like matcha latte, milkshakes, smoothies and fruit juices give the typical matcha aroma. Through their intense and aromatic taste The following Matcha teas are also suitable for the refinement of dishes.
