Genmaicha is an exceptional creation made from high-quality bancha and roasted brown rice

Special taste experience of fresh, mild and slightly grassy bancha aroma, which is refined by the nutty, smoky, slightly malty note of the roasted natural rice

Roasting the rice reduces the caffeine and bitter substances content in the green tea and at the same time softens its slightly bitter taste

The roasted rice gives Genmaicha a slightly popcorn-like taste. It also has a digestible and calming effect

Sencha: Sencha is famous for its characteristic umami taste. The combination of fresh, grassy and slightly sweet aromas combined with a mild, slightly bitter taste and its unmistakably aromatic scent make it a favorite of many tea lovers.

Hojicha: Hojicha is carefully roasted over charcoal in special Hojicha roasters. This results in a fine roasted aroma with flavor nuances of nuts, caramel and malty-sweet aromas. The typically spicy Hojicha taste impresses with its unique umami. Hojicha contains little caffeine, is therefore very digestible even in the evening and tastes great as a cold drink.

Genmaicha: This extraordinary type of tea is a creation of bancha and roasted brown rice. This results in a taste experience of fresh, mild and slightly grassy bancha aroma, which is refined by the nutty, smoky, slightly malty note of the roasted natural rice. Genmaicha has a lower caffeine content, tastes particularly mild, is digestible and has a calming effect.

How to: Kukicha is made from nutrient-rich leaf stems & ribs of the highest quality Senchas & Banchas, which have less caffeine and bitter substances than tea leaves. It has a mild, delicate character with slightly sweet and slightly nutty notes as well as a nice umami taste. Particularly suitable for green tea beginners, as it retains its mild aroma even with longer steeping times and hotter water.

Cold Brew: Cold Brew is a traditional Japanese cold brewing method (Mizudashi) using cold water. In contrast to hot tea infusion, cold-infused tea, with its long brewing time, dissolves many more aromatic substances in the water. This creates a particularly multi-faceted variety of aromas.
