MATCHA PREPARATION - HOW TO PREPARE YOUR MATCHA QUICKLY AND EASILY

Add 1-2 grams of matcha powder to amatcha bowlThe best way to use the powder is with aMatcha bamboo spoon(Chashaku) - in this case that would be 1-2 heaped spoons of Matcha powder

Next, add 50ml of 80 degrees hot water to the powder and foam it with amatcha whisk(Chasen) for 15-20 seconds until the foam is nice and creamy. The best way to do this is to use quick zigzag movements of the wrist. Imagine you are tracing the letter W with the broom

When the surface is foamy throughout, add a little more hot water if you like. The less water you add, the more intense the taste of your matcha tea will be. The matcha can then be served and enjoyed, either pure or with a small sweet treat

MATCHA LATTE:Pour your matcha tea into the glass with the foamed cow's or plant-based milk. The matcha tea and milk mix while the milk foam rises to the top and forms a beautiful crown. Your matcha latte is ready
