Today there is a new Matcha recipe for baking! This delicious Matcha cheesecake is completely without baking :)
200 gr butter biscuits
50 grams of butter
300 g cream cheese
200 ml cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
65 g sugar
We start with the ground. First, chop the biscuits. This is best done by putting the biscuits in a freezer bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. The crumbled biscuits must then be mixed with the melted butter and pressed in a cake tin lined with parchment paper. Place the cake tin in the fridge.
Now let's dedicate ourselves to the crowd. Mix the matcha powder with little cream cheese and then add the rest of the cream cheese. The next step is to mix this mixture with sugar and lemon juice until a smooth cream is formed. To give the cream a fluffy consistency, beat the cream frothy and gently lift it under the cream cheese mixture.
Finally, remove the cheesecake bottom from the fridge, pour the mixture into the mould and distribute. Then leave to rest in the fridge for at least two hours.
Have fun baking!

A really great and also simple recipe for delicious Matcha Pancakes. Sugar and cinnamon, cane sugar, or maple syrup are simply suitable as toppings. If you want to add a crown to the whole thing, then just before serving, add a ball of the self-madeMatcha Ice Creamto that!
