Baking cookies with Matcha tea
Dear Matcha friend, as the pre-Christmas season is known to be the time to bake cookies, we have created a recipe for Matcha cookies for you. As always kept quite simple and super tasty!
You will need the following ingredients:
- 300g wheat flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 200g butter
- 100g sugar or coconut blossom sugar
- 1-2 tbsp matcha tea
Preparation:
First, you need to preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. Then put the flour, sugar and matcha powder in a bowl and add the sliced butter. Now knead a firm dough so that all ingredients are well mixed. Now you wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the fridge for half an hour. Afterwards, you can roll out the dough and cut out with moulds of your choice.
That then has to be in the oven for about ten minutes. Finally, depending on the taste, decorate.B with chocolate, icing, sugar beads and green marzipan. Finished!
