Ingredients for French Matcha Crepes with Strawberry Quark and Chia Seeds:

For the crepes batter:

300g flour
2 eggs
600ml milk
1 tablespoon of oil
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Matcha Zen

For the strawberry quark:

500g quark
250g strawberries
1 packet of vanilla sugar
Chia seeds


    1. First, all of the ingredients listed above for the crepes must be mixed together. Then butter is heated in the pan and the crepes are baked until golden brown on both sides.

    2. Next, the quark is mixed with vanilla sugar. Then fold in the strawberries and garnish with chia seeds.

    3. Now you only have to distribute the strawberry quark in the crepes and sprinkle the crepes with powdered sugar and matcha powder. The delicious French crepes, which are particularly impressive due to the fine green tea aroma of the Matcha tea, are ready.
